Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has announced the listing of EigenLayer, which will bring the EIGEN token to the pre-market.
With this listing, Bitget users will have exclusive access to the EIGEN token, allowing them to
take advantage of buying and selling opportunities before its official launch, the exchange said in a blog post.
EigenLayer is a revolutionary protocol running on top of the Ethereum network that pioneers the concept of restaking as a key element of crypto-economic security. This innovative mechanism facilitates the reusing of ETH within the consensus layer, allowing users staking ETH directly or via the Liquid Staking Token (LST) to participate in EigenLayer smart contracts.
